I married Sam Davis my best friend 38 years ago, worked in a family business for 22 years then ventured into banking for several years. I then decided to pursue a career in Real Estate, something I knew I was meant to do a long time ago. In 2006 I received my Texas Real Estate license. In 2012 I became a broker and in January 2013 my husband and I opened Sam-Mar Ranch Realty, LLC in Blanco, Texas. 2015 Sam & I decided to open another chapter in our life that is to purchase real estate in New Mexico and move to the Ruidoso area. A dream of ours for many years… After living in Ruidoso for 14 months we decided it was too cold and most of all we missed TEXAS! We realized the small town of Blanco was our home. We sold our property in NM and moved back to Blanco in December 2017. We re-opened Sam-Mar Ranch Realty, LLC. As a real estate broker my goal is to help your dreams come true. I was born and raised in south Texas ranch country. After graduation I began working in the oil field as a heavy equipment operator and within a few years moved up the ladder to general manager. In 1983 I married Margo, my wife of 38 years, in Victoria, Texas. My wife and I worked in their family business for a number of years. I was offered a purchasing job in the Houston area with a large Manufacturing plant. After 5 years we moved back to the Texas Hill Country. I worked for an excavation company as general manager until I decided to get my real estate license in 2010. We opened Sam-Mar Ranch Realty, LLC in 2013. Sam-Mar Ranch Realty, LLC has sold a lot of real estate in Texas. We’re proud to say we work and live in Blanco, Texas - a small town with a big heart.
